People are my interest, and how the needs of the organisation and the needs of people can be aligned to ensure safe and efficient operations. With over 20 years experience working in the maritime industry, I am skilled in balancing Maritime Operations, Process Management and Customer Service. During the last 5 years I have focused on process improvement and documenting procedures in a simplified way to improve the safety record. I have a BSc (Hons) Marketing Management from Lancaster University, including additional modules in Psychology, Behaviour in Organisations, Entrepreneurship and the SME Sector.
